These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the platform.

By using the service, you confirm that:

• you are 18 or older
• you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

3. Nature of Service

AI Angels provides AI-generated companion interactions, including:

• chat
• image generation
• video generation

All content is fictional and AI-generated unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Content Standards & Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any depiction or simulation of minors or persons appearing under 18
• Non-consensual or exploitative content
• Violence, coercion, or abuse
• Bestiality or non-human sexual content
• Blood, injury, mutilation, or physical harm
• Incest or exploitation themes
• Content involving intoxicated or unconscious persons
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Hate speech or illegal activity

Users may not request, generate, upload, or distribute such content.

5. Content Provider Verification & Consent

AI Angels ensures that:

• All content providers (if applicable) are verified as 18+
• Identity verification is conducted using valid government-issued ID
• Written consent and content release agreements are obtained
• Records of verification and consent are securely stored

Only verified and authorized content may appear on the platform.

6. Content Moderation & Monitoring

AI Angels operates a strict moderation system:

• All content made available on the platform is subject to moderation before it is published or made accessible to users.
• Monitoring applies to chats, generated content, and interactions
• AI Angels is responsible for all content displayed on the platform
• Violating content is removed without delay

This includes, where applicable:

• AI-generated images and videos
• system-generated outputs
• platform-displayed content

6.1 Responsibility for Content

AI Angels (operated by X24Consulting OÜ) is solely responsible for all content displayed, generated, or made available on the platform.

All content available through the service, including AI-generated content, user interactions, and any materials displayed, is subject to the control, monitoring, and responsibility of AI Angels.

AI Angels does not assign or transfer responsibility for content to users, content providers, or any third parties.

AI Angels ensures that all content complies with applicable laws, card network requirements, and these Terms through ongoing moderation, verification, and monitoring processes.

6.2 Moderation Procedures

AI Angels uses a combination of:

• Automated moderation systems, including AI-based detection tools designed to identify prohibited or high-risk content
• Manual human review, where flagged or sensitive content is reviewed by trained moderation personnel
• Rule-based filtering, preventing generation or display of restricted categories

Moderation systems are continuously updated to comply with legal requirements and card network standards.

6.3 Ongoing Monitoring

In addition to pre-publication controls:

• Content is continuously monitored after publication
• User interactions and generated outputs are subject to real-time review mechanisms
• Content may be re-evaluated and removed if it is later found to violate these Terms

6.4 Enforcement

Content that violates these Terms is:

• immediately restricted or removed
• associated accounts may be suspended or terminated
• reported to authorities where required

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully
• Not attempt to bypass safeguards
• Not generate prohibited content
• Not misuse or exploit the service

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

AI Angels offers paid features via subscriptions and/or credits.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• Charges will be clearly displayed before checkout
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Billing frequency (monthly/yearly) is shown before purchase
• Any trial or promotional period converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled

8.1 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation stops future billing
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds unless required by law

8.2 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment
• No refunds will be issued where tokens, credits, or subscription benefits have been used
• Refunds for purchases made in error are not guaranteed
• Refunds can only be processed for subscription packages purchased via card payments

8.3 EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom:

• You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase
• The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the confirmation email

• If digital services (including credits, tokens, or subscriptions) are used, the right of withdrawal may be lost, as permitted by law

9. Complaints & Content Removal

How to Submit a Complaint

Resolution Timeline

• If illegal/unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours.
• All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days.

• content removal
• account suspension
• reporting to authorities

10. Third-Party Links

• External links are monitored
• Links violating these Terms are removed
• AI Angels is not responsible for third-party websites

11. Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

AI Angels strictly prohibits:

• human trafficking
• sexual exploitation
• coercion or abuse

Any suspected violations are reported to authorities.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including AI-generated outputs, branding, and software, is owned by AI Angels.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is".

AI Angels is not liable for:

• indirect or incidental damages
• misuse by users
• third-party interruptions

14. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• violation of these Terms
• illegal activity
• abuse of the platform

15. Affiliate, Referral & Earn Program Terms

15.1 General

AI Angels may offer affiliate, referral, ambassador, creator, influencer, promotional, and “Earn” programs that allow users or partners to receive commissions, rewards, bonuses, credits, or revenue shares for referring users, generating traffic, promoting the platform, or participating in platform activities.

Participation in any such program is voluntary and subject to these Terms.

AI Angels reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, limit, or terminate participation in any affiliate, referral, or “Earn” program at its sole discretion.

15.2 Commission Structure

Current commission structures, payout methods, bonus campaigns, referral rewards, and eligibility requirements may be displayed on the platform, including on pages such as:

AI Angels Affiliate Program

AI Angels may offer:

• up to 50% affiliate commissions;
• referral commissions;
• multi-tier commissions;
• creator or ambassador rewards;
• platform user “Earn” rewards;
• bonus campaigns;
• temporary promotional offers;
• recurring or one-time commissions.

Platform users participating in “Earn” or referral programs may also receive rewards or commissions, including up to 50% revenue share where applicable.

Commission percentages, structures, and bonuses may vary by campaign, user type, region, traffic source, promotional agreement, or other business considerations.

15.3 Right to Modify Programs

AI Angels reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to:

• modify commission percentages;
• change payout rules or thresholds;
• change bonus structures or campaigns;
• update tracking methods;
• reject referrals or conversions;
• reverse commissions;
• suspend or terminate accounts;
• withhold payouts during investigations;
• modify eligibility requirements;
• discontinue or replace any affiliate, referral, or “Earn” program.

This includes modifications to affiliate, referral, creator, ambassador, and “Earn” program structures, commissions, eligibility requirements, payout rules, bonus campaigns, tracking methods, and reward systems.

AI Angels may update these programs at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in any program or continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms or policies.

15.4 No Guaranteed Earnings

AI Angels does not guarantee any level of earnings, commissions, traffic, conversions, referrals, or income from participation in affiliate, referral, or “Earn” programs.

Any earnings examples, promotional materials, estimated payouts, or performance examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.

15.5 Fraud, Abuse & Restricted Activities

Users, affiliates, creators, ambassadors, and partners may not:

• use spam or unsolicited messaging;
• impersonate AI Angels;
• misrepresent the platform;
• use deceptive or misleading advertising;
• create fake accounts or fraudulent transactions;
• generate artificial traffic;
• self-refer for abusive purposes;
• abuse promotional campaigns;
• use illegal traffic sources;
• violate advertising laws or disclosure requirements;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• engage in fraud, money laundering, or unlawful conduct.

AI Angels reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and may withhold, reverse, cancel, permanently deny commissions or payouts, or terminate accounts associated with fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations.

15.6 Payouts

Payout schedules, minimum payout thresholds, supported payout methods, currencies, and processing times may vary and may be changed at any time.

The current minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.

Payouts are processed no earlier than thirty (30) days after the applicable transaction, referral, subscription payment, or commission event in order to account for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud reviews, and verification procedures.

AI Angels may delay payouts for fraud review, compliance checks, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, technical issues, or suspected abuse.

Users are responsible for ensuring their payout information is accurate and up to date.

15.7 Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for reporting, declaring, and paying any taxes, duties, fees, or governmental charges related to commissions, rewards, or payouts received from AI Angels.

AI Angels may request identity verification or tax-related documentation where required by law, compliance obligations, payment processors, banking partners, or regulatory requirements.

15.8 Independent Relationship

Participation in affiliate, referral, ambassador, creator, or “Earn” programs does not create any employment, partnership, agency, franchise, joint venture, or representative relationship with AI Angels.

Participants act as independent parties and may not represent themselves as employees or official representatives of AI Angels unless explicitly authorized in writing.

15.9 Program Availability

Affiliate, referral, creator, ambassador, and “Earn” programs may not be available in all countries or jurisdictions.

AI Angels reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to such programs in specific regions, territories, or for specific users at any time.

16. Privacy

Use of the platform is governed by the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Terms

AI Angels may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
